Faculty and Staff
Mr. Andrew Strickland / Principal
Having lived in many states, I enjoy new places. I enjoy Green Bay quite a bit! I have been in education for 21 years having been a middle school teacher and a principal. Every day is a new adventure and I look forward to what each day brings. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring with my family, painting Warhammer miniatures, and someday will find time to fish again. My favorite Bible verse is Colossians 3:3 which is why I sign off on my emails with Hid in Christ as a reminder that Christ is in all things and that we are clothed in His righteousness.
Mrs. Kellie Meerstein / Admissions Counselor, Administrative Assistant, and Athletic Director
Mrs. Pam Siudak / Kindergarten
Mrs. Robin Paul / 1st grade
Mrs. Melissa Beaumont / 2nd grade
Meet Mrs. Beaumont, she is the 2nd grade teacher at Green Bay Trinity Lutheran School. She has been teaching here for 11 years. She has taught K-8 and everything in between. She is married and has two children. She graduated from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelor degree in Science in Education. She intentionally strives to help students be smarter than they were yesterday, everyday! When she is not teaching she is likely coaching basketball.
Mrs. Courtney Tisdale/ 3rd Grade
“Grüß Gott, my name is Courtney Tisdale, and I am the third grade teacher here at Trinity. I am originally from Long Island, New York but I have lived in several places most of my adult life to include Colorado, Hawaii, and Germany. I have been married to my amazing husband, Aaron, for almost 20 years and we have been blessed with 5 “out of this world” children (18, 15, 14, 11, 9). My husband will be retiring from the United States Army after 22 years of service so we decided to settle down here in Wisconsin. Teaching is truly something I am called to do and I am happiest in the classroom working with my students! When I am not in the classroom, I am on an adventure with my family, playing one of my ukulele’s or doing something creative.”
Mrs. Emily Karbash / 4th Grade
My name is Emily Karbash. I am the 3rd & 4th grade teacher and 5th & 6th grade reading teacher. I attended Concordia University of Wisconsin in Mequon and received a degree in Elementary Education in 2015. Before coming to Trinity, I taught first grade at Iowa Great Lakes Lutheran School in Spencer, IA for 2 years. In August of 2017, I married my husband, Zac Karbash. My hobbies include reading, hiking, kayaking, and being with my family and friends. I love teaching with an amazing faculty and staff at Trinity and being able to share the Word of God with His children every day!
Mrs. Jenna Elfe / 5th and 6th Grade
Hi! My name is Jenna Elfe. After growing up in South Dakota, I attended Concordia – Wisconsin (Go Falcons!) and started teaching at Green Bay Trinity in 2016. My husband, Chad and I moved our family to Green Bay in 2015 and God has been up to big things since. We have two beautiful daughters, Lillyanna and Adylyn, and two crazy dogs, Bella and Zeke.
What you like about teaching? I love the family atmosphere of our school and that every day is a new, fun adventure.
Favorite Bible Verse: James 1:17 – Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. (NIV)

Mr. Daniel Fletcher
Following in both sets of my parents footsteps of youth ministry and teaching I’ve become the P.E. Teacher here at Green Bay Trinity as well as the Associate/Pastor of Youth at Fellowship Bible Church in Pound, WI. I obtained a degree in
Technical Theater from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay in 2014. During those years, I
also devoted an extensive amount of time to Humanistic studies (Psychology, sociology, &
Both Youth Ministry and child education have always had a strong calling on my life. I’m
excited to be able to use my passion for sports in physical education for both of these
endeavors here at Trinity. As a High School Track & Field and Cross Country runner at Oconto
Falls High school back in 2008—09 the passion for fitness and athleticism has hardly faded. it
is a privilege to pass on this sort of passion through Physical education. Throughout any and
all of my teaching I always try to keep in mind that it isn’t about my legacy but the Lord’s. John
3:30 “I must decrease so He may increase.”
